The R&D department takes pride in being an immediate part of every customer discussion we have. We want to understand, listen to and also challenge the customer so we can deliver exactly what is expected within a fast timespan. A transparent dialogue based on facts is key. Greenwashing we do not take part in, nor in creation of claims with no substantiation. We tell you the facts, the science and the reasoning – we recommend but the customer makes the final call.
